Shop Eight 16 Consignment charges a one time $5.00 account set up fee to help cover costs of the consigner portal and the storage of off-season items. Shop Eight 16 Consignment is the only consignment store in the Lancaster area to accept all seasons all the time.
The consigner portal is for consigners only. It gives each consigner a place to access their personal sales. Use your unique consigner # to log into the consigner portal anytime after your account has been activated.
When you come into Shop Eight 16 to consign for the first time, we will gather your information. You will receive a welcome email once your account has been set up in our system. Once you receive the welcome email, you can log into your account at any time.
When you consign with us for the first time, we will give you a special number just for your account. You can then use this number to access your information anytime by logging into the consigner portal.

You can use your balance as store credit anytime or we can issue you a check in the store. Checks can be mailed for a $2.00 Fee. * All mailed checks must be a minimum of $20.00.
Items marked for donation will be taken to a local homeless shelter OR sold online at a special event. Proceeds will be given to a local charity or family in need.
A no thank you is our nice way of saying we cannot sell these items.
There are many reasons we may not be able to accept an item. Rips, tears, stains, buttons missing and zippers not working are all potential reasons. Please see our list of “items we do not accept”. If you are unsure whether we will accept a larger item, please call before bringing it into the store.
The items you consign with us will be on the sales floor for 60-90 days before any major sales. At the end of that time period, we will hold a major blowout sale to give all your items 1 last chance to sell. If the items still have not sold, we will contact you for pick up or will donate them, depending on what you chose when you dropped off your items.
Any items that are consigned but are not currently in season will be stored without consigner access until that season release. Example: a consigner drops off summer items to consign in the fall, those summer items will be stored by Shop Eight 16 until our summer release. At that time, they will be on the sales floor for 60-90 days before any major sale.
We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.
We currently accept 10 of your best items anytime you want to bring them. Drop off times are 1 hour after store opens up until 1 hour before closing time. Please allow 15-20 minutes for drop off.

At this time, we will accept up to 3 bins of clothing and shoes, and unlimited home decor items. (Please note we do not accept large furniture at this time.)
At Shop Eight 16 Consignment we want to make sure your items get the attention they deserve! We only take the number of items we can process each day so that we can ensure a speedy turnaround time for you. We want to keep the time from your drop off until your items hit the sales floor as short as possible. With this system in place, we can process your items and get them out on the floor within 48 hours.
This means you make a profit that much faster because more people see the fabulous items you have consigned right away.
